🛍️ 30-Day Refund Guarantee:

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

💳 90-Day Store Credit Window:

After the initial 30-day period, you can still return your item for an additional 90 days—that’s a total of 120 days from delivery—for a full store credit.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card or account credit. 
  • Perfect if you’d like to exchange for a different item or shop with us again later.

  • Final Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

To protect our employees and customers. Underwear, and Swimwear cannot be returned, if opened. 

Exchanges (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
